On 07/10/2025 Dungkar Estate welcomes our new Managing Director Zimpon Wogm Pema Rinchen, marking an exciting new chapter for the organization. To commemorate this occasion, the staff of Dungkar Estate and DGI, together with members of the Pangbisa community, Lams of Ugyen Guru Lhakhang and Siluna Goenpa, representatives from His Majesty’s Secretariat, gathered to offer Tashi khadar to the new Managing Director in a warm and auspicious ceremony.
